Welcome to Sew Local PH! By accessing or using our website (www.sewlocalph.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Sew Local PH is a small business offering handmade swimwear and apparel. All items are made-to-order and crafted based on the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.

2. Ordering Process

  • Orders must be placed through our website or official Instagram page.

  • Please ensure all details (measurements, design, fabric choice, shipping info) are correct before placing an order.

  • Once the order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

3. Payments

  • We currently accept bank transfers only via GCash, BPI, and Metrobank.

  • Proof of payment must be sent to confirm your order.

  • Orders without proof of payment will not be processed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only available if the concern is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Refunds may also be processed if the fabric is unavailable.

  • All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to process them as quickly as possible once verified.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval.

  • Replacements are accepted if your provided measurements are accurate, supported by a video showing how measurements were taken.

  • Items must be returned clean and free from stains. We reserve the right to reject unsanitary returns.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship via local couriers such as JRS, J&T, and Gogo Express.

  • Once your package is shipped, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns or alterations unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, and branding, is the property of Sew Local PH and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided (e.g. name, contact info, measurements) is used solely for processing your order and will never be sold or shared without your consent. View our full Privacy Policy for more.
