General Questions

What are the available sizes?

Our brand caters to all shapes and sizes. We also have a standard sizes for XS - XXL sizes. However, you may send us your specific measurement or provide us with your own size.

What are your business hours?

We are open from 8 AM - 6 PM every Monday - Saturday, except for holidays.


What materials do you use to create bikinis?

We use nylon spandex and other swimwear fabrics that hug every body type.


How long does it take you to make my customized bikini?

Production usually takes 7–10 business days for regular or existing designs, and up to 10 business days or more for new or complex designs.

  • The 7–10 business day timeline allows us to fairly complete all orders nationwide, as we follow a queue system to ensure every customer is served in order.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Production begins one business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping or delivery is scheduled with in the day, the next business day or after production is completed.

 

  • Please note: Production times may take longer during peak seasons. We’ll always do our best to update you in case of any delays.

 

Can I make changes to our approved order?

No. Once order has been processed and order confirmation has been made via Instagram, changes are no longer possible. Please ensure to check your order form thoroughly prior to checkout.

How should I care for my swimsuit?

Treat your bikini as delicates. It shouldn’t be mixed with any other colored garment.

 

Orders

What are your available payment options?

As of now, we only accept Bank Transfers through the following channels:

  • GCash

  • BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)

  • Metrobank

After placing your order, please send your proof of payment to us via instagram direct message so we can process and confirm your order.

 

How do I place an order?

Visit our website and choose your preferred design, color, bikini cut, and butt coverage. We will then create your own customized bikini according to your liking.

 

How long can I process the payment?

Your cart will be archived if you fail to settle your payment with in 24 hours.

 

Do you accept international orders?

At the moment, we only cater to local clients.


How do I check the status of my order?

You may send us a follow-up message via IG to know the status of your orders.


I received a damaged bikini or an incorrect item. What should I do?

Kindly send us a message on IG and attach an image of the damaged piece. Replacement can be made thereafter.


An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

Kindly send us a message on IG so we can send you the missing piece. 

 

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

Our official courier is LBC, and their rate starts at 128PHP for the small pouch and 158PHP for a one-pounder.


How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time takes 5 to 7 days from

Cebu City, or it could be earlier depending on the volume of deliveries.


My order has been shipped, but I cannot track it. How do I find it?

Kindly coordinate with the LBC customer service or the nearest LBC Express branch and provide them with the shipping information. You may also let us know so we can coordinate with our messenger.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only cater to local clients.

 

Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

What is your return policy?

Returns must be reported within 7 days after receiving your item.
Please send us a message on Instagram (@sewlocalph) with the reason for the return.
All return requests are subject to approval.


Do you accept replacements?

Yes! We accept replacements as long as:

  • Your actual body measurements (bust, waist, hips) match the sizes submitted in your order form.

  • You provide a video showing how your measurements were taken, so we can evaluate what went wrong.


How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, as long as the concern is raised within 24 hours after the order has been received.

We aim to process refunds right away, depending on the situation and once all necessary details are verified. Refunds are typically considered in cases such as:

  • Wrong item received

  • Fabric is unavailable

  • Other valid issues reported within 24 hours

Please report any concerns immediately via Instagram DM to ensure quick resolution.


Return / Alteration Sanitation Reminder

For the safety of our team, all bikinis returned for alterations must be:

  • Clean and free from stains, especially in the crotch area

  • Packaged properly for hygienic handling

If an item is returned with visible stains, particularly in the crotch area, we reserve the right to decline any alterations or further processing.
