General Questions
What are the available sizes?
Our brand caters to all shapes and sizes. We also have a standard sizes for XS - XXL sizes. However, you may send us your specific measurement or provide us with your own size.

What are your business hours?
We are open from 8 AM - 6 PM every Monday - Saturday, except for holidays.
What materials do you use to create bikinis?
We use nylon spandex and other swimwear fabrics that hug every body type.
How long does it take you to make my customized bikini?
It usually takes 7-10 business days to create regular/existing designs and 10 business days for new designs.
*Business days doesn’t include the Weekends and Holidays.
- Production will start a day after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping/Delivery will be scheduled the next day after production time.
Can I make changes to our approved order?
No. Once order has been processed and order confirmation has been made via Instagram, changes are no longer possible. Please ensure to check your order form thoroughly prior to checkout.
How should I care for my swimsuit?
Treat your bikini as delicates. It shouldn’t be mixed with any other colored garment.
Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via Paymongo checkout.
How do I place an order?
Visit our website and choose your preferred design, color, bikini cut, and butt coverage. We will then create your own customized bikini according to your liking.
How long can I process the payment?
Your cart will be archived if you fail to settle your payment with in 24 hours.
Do you accept international orders?
At the moment, we only cater to local clients.
How do I check the status of my order?
You may send us a follow-up message via IG to know the status of your orders.
I received a damaged bikini or an incorrect item. What should I do?
Kindly send us a message on IG and attach an image of the damaged piece. Replacement can be made thereafter.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Kindly send us a message on IG so we can send you the missing piece.
Shipping

What are your shipping rates?
Our official courier is JRS, and their rate starts at 128PHP for the small pouch and 158PHP for a one-pounder.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time takes 5 to 7 days from
Cebu City, or it could be earlier depending on the volume of deliveries.
My order has been shipped, but I cannot track it. How do I find it?
Kindly coordinate with the JRS customer service or the nearest JRS Express branch and provide them with the shipping information. You may also let us know so we can coordinate with our messenger.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only cater to local clients.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns should be reported and processed within 7 days after receiving the item. Send us a message on IG and the reason for returning the item. This is also subject to approval.
Do you accept replacements?
Absolutely! As long as your actual measurements (bust, waist, hips) are taken correctly and are the same sizes manually added on your order form.
*Providing us a video of how your measurements were taken is a must for us to further check what went wrong.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are only possible a day after the order is placed or when the chosen fabric is not available.
