What is your return policy?
Returns must be reported within 7 days after receiving your item.
Please send us a message on Instagram (@sewlocalph) with the reason for the return.
All return requests are subject to approval.
Do you accept replacements?
Yes! We accept replacements as long as:

Your actual body measurements (bust, waist, hips) match the sizes submitted in your order form.

You provide a video showing how your measurements were taken, so we can evaluate what went wrong.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, as long as the concern is raised within 24 hours after the order has been received.
We aim to process refunds right away, depending on the situation and once all necessary details are verified. Refunds are typically considered in cases such as:

Return / Alteration Sanitation Reminder
For the safety of our team, all bikinis returned for alterations must be:

Clean and free from stains, especially in the crotch area

Packaged properly for hygienic handling
If an item is returned with visible stains, particularly in the crotch area, we reserve the right to decline any alterations or further processing.
